Keeping in view, the enthusiasm and requests of scholars, we are extending the deadline till 25th January, 2017. I am sure this extension would be of help to those who are to find a suitable collaborator/affiliate in India/Canada and arrange documents, i.e. ‘reference letters’ and ‘letters of interest’ towards submission of their applications

4. Faculty-In-Residence Programme (FIR)/ Global Initiative For Academic Network (GIAN)
All domains of studies that help building stronger academic and research networks between both countries from Social Sciences and Humanities, Arts, Commerce & Management and STEM subjects are considered for the fellowship/ programme.
